Its good to know there are a still few sasusaku artists out there! (: many people simply lost hope on this couple but I actually have a few theories for Sasuke and Sakura to end up together, and even more important, Sasuke not dying in the end of the series.


1. Despite what Sasuke has done, he's is nothing but a victim in the middle of Naruto story if you think of it. Itachi (unconsciously) filled his young heart with hatred for so many years, Orochimaro later poisoned his mind for almost 3 years and he learned the truth behind the Uchiha massacre. And if that wasn't enough, Tobi has been corrupting him over the last chapters. I don't think it would be fair for Sasuke, once a happy and cheerful child, end up dying. I don't think Kishimoto would do that, it would be very unfair to Sasuke, and he knows that.

2. Apart from killing everyone in Konoha, his other goal is to restore his clan, since he IS the last Uchiha. I honestly believe that this will come true at some point of the story, and I can't think of a better person to do this with than Sakura she truly and sincerely loves him, and she will till the end. I don't think Kishimoto would eradicate the Uchiha genes from the ninja world -.-

3. Naruto's main goal is to bring Sasuke home, and I don't think Naruto would live with himself if Sasuke died in that process, and like he once said: what kind of Kage would he be if couldn't even save his friends? Naruto is so very determined and I believe he will succeed in this, and they will both (Naruto and Sasuke) survive.
4. Also Itachi wouldn't forgive himself if his little brother ended up being completely consumed by darkness or even worse...dying, because of his plan.

5. Why have we never learned how Sasuke really feels about Sakura’s feelings for him? Of course we would say it’s mainly because Sasuke's isn't exactly the most outgoing and affective person in the world, or he’s just so blinded with hatred that he couldn't let his heart be distracted with such thoughts. But somehow, I think deep inside him, Sasuke always knew how Naruto felt about Sakura, and over time Naruto became so very important to him that he felt he would be betraying his friend if he opened to anyone about Sakura...including herself. We know Sasuke valued (and still does..?) Naruto’s friendship very much and we also know that Sasuke is a very loyal person. Who knows right?

6. If you take a closer look at Naruto series’ previously to Shippuden, you see that there are actually quite a few sasusaku hints spread all over the story. They ARE there, and you can’t deny it. You can see he has a special concern for the pink kunoichi in many episodes, and even though several people refuse to call this evidence, it actually is, when you realize this is coming from the great Sasuke Uchiha. It means a great deal indeed. Once again would Kishimoto put this on the story for nothing? Even if it was pre-Shippuden?

7. When the story starts, we learn that Sakura, like most girls, has a deep infatuation for Sasuke, ‘rooted for his good looks, cunning, cool attitude and prodigious talents’. But unlike all the other girls, as the story progresses she begins to recognize that Sasuke is a person with imperfections, and develops a more sincere desire to be there for him and later falls in love with him. Even after Sasuke was declared a missing-nin, and later a wanted criminal, Sakura still wasn’t able to abandon those feelings, as we saw it clearly on chapter 539-540. I don’t believe Kishimoto will end up making Sakura’s feelings pointless, I mean, everything happens for a reason, especially when this has been going on for hundreds of chapters. I don’t believe in a perfect happy ending for them either, I don’t believe Sasuke will suddenly just forget all about his past, revenge, hurt, etc… and fall deeply for Sakura. No, I expect something deeper to happen between them at some point in the story, I really do.
